Load tweets form a user account

  1. Enter the name of the account you want to pull tweets from
  2. Click Update  

Rate limit: up to 3200 tweets per update.

Set the step to auto  in order to add all future tweet to your dataset when monitoring an account.

Load tweets form any account

  1. Select 'Any tweets' in the dropdown menu
  2. Enter the content you want to match
  3. Click Update   

Rate limit: up to 1000 tweets per update.

Load tweets from users in a list

  1. Select 'Twitter list' in the dropdown menu
  2. Enter the url of a public twitter list 
  3. Click Update   

Rate limit: up to 2000 tweets per update.

Set the step to auto  in order to add future tweet to your dataset when monitoring an account.

You can set the Twitter step to automatically check if new tweet is published and update the workflow if so. Learn more about automatic update settings and versions here.

Add new data to the current version

By default, any new data pulled  will be added to the existing table, allowing you to build large datasets over time. By unchecking the box, each new fetch will be stored in its own version. Learn more about automatic update settings and versions here.

Filtering tweets for language, replies, retweets, and more using operators.

With operators that modify its behavior. By using operators, you can focus on data that matters to you and save on your rate limits. 

Here are a few examples: 

To query tweets containing the word 'Notre dame' if written in French, search for:  notre dame lang:fr 

To query tweets containing the word 'Notre dame' if not written in French, search for:  notre dame -lang:fr 

To query tweets containing the word 'puppy' and exclude all retweets, search for:  puppy -filter:retweets 

To query tweets containing the word 'puppy' and exclude all replies, search for:  puppy -filter:replies

To query tweets containing the word 'puppy', exclude all retweets and only include replies search for:  puppy -filter:retweets filter:replies

A note about rate limit
Your rate limit is calculated per account. The total number of tweets you can fetch every 15min will be the same, if you monitor 10 keywords or 1.
